My appointment was at 1:40pm but I was there early because of a confusion I had about my appointment time. By 1:25pm I filled all the paperwork and was told, since my appointment was at 1:40pm I have to wait. At 2:04pm I received a text message on my mobile that I have been checked in. At 2:20pm I was taken to the examination room. I waited in the lobby for 40 minutes from the time of my appointment. Waiting in the hospitals is not a new thing but here I think I was waiting because there was no one to check me in or even aware that there are patients waiting in the lobby. They were even looking for my daughter in someone else's insurance and telling me that she is not included in my insurance. At first there was no one in the lobby to check on patients but later they were 3 of them confusing each other. It was a mess and a frustrating experience. The lady whom I met first at the lobby was also rude and was behaving as if she was doing some kind of favor to me. The 2 stars are for the doctor's professionalism or else this clinic deserves zero stars. Another thing, the Google maps takes us to the UPS store which is on the other side of the complex. This can be easily fixed but looks like no body here cares about their practice.

I would highly recommend this clinic. I went for a BT skin test required by employer. It’s very easy to get an appointment, you can also just walk in. The online check in process was simple and straightforward, they didn’t ask hundreds of unrelated questions like some other medical clinics would do. The environment is clean and professional, the front desk/nurse there was very efficient, friendly, helpful and provided me with useful information and reminder notes.

This place was wonderful. I came in 5 minutes before closing with a sore throat and cough. I’m supposed to travel early tomorrow morning (before covid results would normally come back), but the nurse and doctor offered to stay late to make sure I get results before my trip. These two are good people. I would come back again for sure. Thank you Indigo care team!

Needed a rapid COVID test because I had symptoms, was able to schedule online quickly; I recommend this instead of walking in (if able) even if it's 15-30 min away because you don't have to wait as long, which happened to me the day before Christmas eve. My husband recently switched jobs which changed our medical coverage and we could only access our info online, Nick was very helpful in helping me switch it in my account so I didn't have to pay out of pocket for this test. My only reason for 4 stars is that I waited a while (~20min) to meet with a PA after my initial intake questioning/vitals check and COVID swab. However, I got my results when the PA came in and it was positive so glad I was able to leave knowing I should immediately begin my quarantine. They get understandably busy and when in a pinch, I appreciate the time and care this facility does put in.
