I can't understand why NWCR doesn't have a 5.0 rating. They have bent over backwards to accommodate my last minute cancellations because things happen. They've never told me not to come in because they chose someone else. And asking personal questions in a clinical trial is necessary. And as far as testing vulnerable people that's some kind of joke anybody can apply I think some people here just possibly felt that a company should do more for them they've done tremendously by me.

I received both my COVID vaccines here. This place is a hidden jewel in the Bellevue suburb and one I would definitely recommend. Being a person of color and the racial disparity that has surfaced during the pandemic, I was pleasantly surprised by how well we were treated there. Back in February, when vaccines were scarce and I was desperately trying to contact all the centers, the head of their vaccine center, Smitha, contacted me to schedule and convinced other members of my family who were hesitant to also get their vaccines. Thank you, Smitha, for all your efforts to vaccinate the BIPOC community. The positive energy at the center was contagious. Everyone was friendly, informative and wanted to do their part for the community. I referred several of my friends to Northwest research, and everyone had a very positive experience there. If you are either looking to get a vaccine or participate in a clinical trial, Northwest clinical center is the place to go.

Got my COVID vaccine here, then volunteered to help others get the vaccine. NWCRC sponsored the vaccine clinic as a service to the community, and appreciated the opportunity to work alongside the dedicated, professional, friendly staff to do something to fight COVID. In the future if I were to qualify for a clinical trial, I'd have no hesitation about going to NWCRC.

I got my Covid vaccine shot here a few weeks ago. I reached out via email since I could not schedule online. The director of the clinic herself reached out to me and kindly scheduled me and my 75 year old husband. The vaccination center is very well organized and the people there are very kind and compassionate. They do not take any insurance information and it is clear that they are trying to help the communities in need. Their main operation is clinical trials. I was impressed by how many different trials they are conducting and shared it with my daughter and grandson who suffer from migraines. I would highly recommend both the vaccination center and research center.

They are working on different things at different times. So defiantly give a call with specific issues. Know from my experience, autism is one they are doing trial medications for.
