I've been looking for the right environment to reach my goals. Roanoke Fit Body Boot Camp has inspiring and supportive coaches, who will do everything possible for your success. The format is dynamic, efficient, and affordable. I've been a member of many facilities and participated in countless boot camps. This has been a truly rewarding experience thus far. I can't wait to see my future results!

Attending Roanoke FBBC has helped me regain the confidence I was lacking. The atmosphere created is one with acceptance, kindness, and dedication to all body types and athletic abilities. During your 30 minute workout, you will not only gain more strength and a healthier heart over time but also a new “family” that you look forward to seeing each day. I am so happy I finally found my dream gym.

Can these trainers work around persons w disabilities? More specifically can they help someone w a leg injury build the muscle back up to help support the injury even if the person has hardware and limited movement of the ankle?

Absolutely! The trainers can adjust any movement to adjust for an injury. They are not physical therapists and you would need to make sure your doctor has cleared you for exercise. But they can totally help build muscle back!
