Good clinic with no facility fees. Most depends on your doc and their scheduler, not the clinic itself. Dr Compton is very good with solid support staff.

Once you get in, they are great. However, I have a HUGE issue with their referral system. They robo-call you with a message to call them ...then you only get the general call center phone number. NOPE! If you want my business you have to do better than that (I already explained this to my doctor). I expect a person from the department I am being referred to call me. I also will not do a sleep study with them because they will not do the in-home sleep study. They want me to come in for an evaluation. 1) This step is not needed because the in-home sleep study can provide them all the data they need. 2) They probably just want to pad the bill with a consult. Again, not necessary because they could provide a questionnaire or do the consult through telemedicine. I am evaluating if I want to continue my relationship with UW Medicine in general because of this. They use technology where a person is better suited and take an old school approach when technology is a more efficient solution.

As long as I remember myself, I was struggling with asthma and allergies. At some point, I completely lost sense of smell and couldn't breathe through my nose. I supposed to have polyps removal surgery. Also, I had asthma attack almost every night and during the day when I was exercising. Anna Lang managed to select the right treatment that completely fixed almost all asthma and allergies symptoms without surgery. I so greatfull to her!!

My appointment began 2 hours late, but they didn’t communicate they were running behind until I asked an hour after my procedure was supposed to begin. I was given a “maximum dose of sedatives” for a 15-20 minute endoscopy and very poorly cared for after my procedure. I was discharged while I was still frequently vomiting and unable to stay conscious for more than a minute at a time. They sent me home with a couple barf bags and a bath towel. They also threw my phone into their laundry while I was unconscious and won’t compensate me to replace it.
