First time here. Got a seat right away. Clean place friendly staff. I got the pollo fundido it was fantastic. The chips and salsa was amazing (chunky) I think I ate more salsa then my meal. Had a little mishap with my kinds chicken tenders the were raw. The waitress Emily apologized and took it off our bill and sent us home with chips and salsa. So I'm happy. Over all it was great will come back!!!

First time trying Serranos I got the Chicken tacos & The Chicken Enchilada combo plate with rice & a strawberry margarita! The chicken was ok Flavorful but wasn’t a very large portion as it seems in the picture, the strawberry margarita was very good and strong lol ! The service was wonderful and the booth we had was very spacious! Will be coming back thank you

There food was USUALLY amazing. So amazing we go pick dinner up weekly there this past month HOWEVER tonight May 6 around 3pm pick up was not so good. The recipes changed added some red things in tacos that weren't there before, way less cheese, chicken was dry, fries undercooked & I didn't get my sample size bean dip and chips with my pick up order as they usually give me. They have also raised there prices! Gave 4 stars cause it wasn't awful just not as good as usual. I wish to they sold tacos individually

I hadn’t eaten at this Serranos since I was a kid. Tonight my husband and I decided to give it a try and we were shocked at how good it was! The quality has turned around completely, our food was delicious. Even after getting it curbside, by the time I got home it was still just as if it had been served table side. The girl who brought the food out to the car was super nice both in person and on the phone. This experience was genuinely so pleasant we will be coming back again for sure!

Here is a detailed and official answer that we hope is helpful: -Multiple hand sanitizer dispensers are located throughout all of our locations. -We are cleaning and disinfecting all surfaces regularly with particular emphasis on high-touch surfaces. -We are testing our sanitizer for effectiveness 4x more often than required. -We recommend that all patrons wash or sanitize their hands upon entering the dining room. -All employees are required to wear masks and some are required to wear gloves at all times. -We are screening our employees for symptoms upon arrival for their scheduled shifts. -Per CDC guidelines, we are not seating parties of more than 10 people together. -Please practice physical distancing while visiting our establishment. -We have spaced our tables out to allow for 6 feet of physical distance between parties. -Groups larger than 10 will be split and distanced accordingly. Yes they do. And you'll definitely want to make them if you're planning on going on a Friday or Saturday.
I know it's lame that we are closed on Sundays but we do work long hours and those of us with families need that extra time to spend.
