My son had his first haircut here at 15 months and the guy is an absolute gremlin. I couldn't be more impressed with the staff. From thoughtfully preserving his first cut hairs since I was unable to be there to making it completely untraumatatic (I hear the second time is worse!) I can't praise this place enough.

$20 for toddler haircut (less if they only use clippers). They are very good with all children, the best place for a good haircut for kids. Cash or check only.
I don't think that there's an age range per se. As long as your child can handle getting his or her hair cut. My son got his haircut at 15 months and He just had to sit in my wife's lap.
