Love to attend polo matches, pet the horses & take awesome action photos at Buttermilk Farm in Hamden. Very casual attire & donations accepted. No admission fees. Admission.may now be charged by the carload in 2022. Unfortunately, photographers travel alone from all over the state I adore this venue and bring others whenever possible. I have recommended to Tamron Lens that they host an event there in fall of 2022. It would be well attended. Same suggestion to Milford Photo to Jesse.

HIDDEN GEM Pack a picnic, bring a cooler and plan for an afternoon of fun in the sun (and shade if you're under a tree). Attire is semi formal to casual: most men were in a collar with shorts and slip ons, women were in sun dresses or a blouse and shorts. Community environment was friendly and welcoming, people said hello to each other as they walked around the field and waved in their cars on their way out. It really felt like we were part of a healthy community. Gates opened at one and people were ready to have a good time, groups brought corn hole, finals and frisbees, and of course, plenty of food and drinks to last the entire event and then some. Also, an ice cream truck appeared after the first game started, which was an unexpected treat as well. Just remember, clean up after yourself and drink responsibly. So, check out this hidden gem when you get the chance if you're looking for a fun way to spend a Sunday-Funday!!!
