My first time dealing with Wilamalane as a customer. I have donated money to the organization but to call it organized is a oxymoron. This place is ran buy kids for kids but is so disorganized I couldn't get my son into the pool for his swim lesson. I WAS AT the POOL, and went to the front desk 3 times for help to get it figured out. I spoke to one swim instructor and she informed me that my swim instructor wouldn't be there. We walked over the the wall to figure out who our new instructor was. the last instructor informed me we weren't on their schedule. I walked to the front for the last time and left. there was no one to help me. I just called and the couldn't give me a refund at the main location so they were going to transfer me. this is already an unpleasant experience. I just want them to refund my money.

Big basketball court and friendly staff. Gym is usually always occupied with some random activities so 1 court is usually open to play on. 45 a month for members and prices go up 5 bucks each month if you do month to month payments. Also have plenty of basketball leagues to sign up for.

This facility is super clean and I’ve never had a bad experience during tournaments. However after reporting the smell of gas to the front desk this morning, I was told it had already been reported and they were waiting to hear back from a supervisor before doing anything. I asked them to call the fire department and evacuate the hundreds of players and spectators. I was told that is not their protocol and that a supervisor had to decide that even thought the front desk workers could smell the gas. They allowed at least 45 minutes to pass before evacuating the building. Even longer to call the fire department, which determined there was in fact a gas leak. How irresponsible and dangerous of this facility to wait that long to evacuate and have the building inspected. So many kids and their families at risk!!! Child safety should be their top priority not to mention The safety, health and well being of any person using this facility. CHANGE YOUR PROTOCOL and have someone there during these weekend tournaments to make that call if a supervisor can’t be reached !!!! Ridiculous to risk people’s lives 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 What a joke!!! Mike the superintendent reported to the news that the fire department was called immediately , that’s not true! No one called until 10:56 which is an hour after the smell was reported to his staff !!!! The facility DID NOT respond in timely manner ..... WOW!

The facility is fairly nice. I visited during the volley ball tournament. There was not enough parking to accommodate the number of people. People were parking illegally and creating new parking spaces/lots. I totally agree, the black lines on a dark gray make calling games very difficult. There is no sound baffling in either of the court areas. The noise level hovered around 80 to a high of 89 decibles on my sound meter app. The refs were having a tough time, because people can't hear the whistle or tell whose it is. The refs being back to back in their stands did not help the problem. The second court area is designed in a way that you cannot help going on to someone's court to get to your game.
