VERY DISAPPOINTED People ready reached out to me from seeing my resume online saying they had a job for me to interview for, Jennifer was my contact. When I arrived not only did I discover it's basically a "dayworker" placement company, the two ladies working the desk were the most unfriendly, glum people I've ever encountered. When I went to hand in my safety test results the blonde lady on the left acted like I was interrupting her inspection of her fingernails, DON'T BOTHER.

Hey there to anyone who cares, An honest review of this company from me would be five stars. I'd give them a higher review yet there has been a slight delay with their parent company (or current managerial staff) with the entire process of direct deposit. No, the direct deposit process is not processed within two to three days like they say. I've waited roughly a week or more for payment on more than one occasion for two separate employers. That's really the only error I've seen with these guys so far. I'm a pretty patient guy though, I can wait longer for the payment of my hours worked. The branch is tidy and accommodating. The staff handles incoming calls with care and has provided answers to my questions to the best of their ability. A guy by the name of Alex who works at the Springfield branch went the extra mile by helping me find a possible job opportunity. It was cool to see him put in the time an energy to do his job well. 👍 Give these guys a break with the negative reviews.

We've only used People Ready for a short time and although we hit a few bumps at the beginning, we couldn't be happier with the employee we were sent. He is dependable, punctual and willing to do whatever is needed. The office staff, minus one, has been quick to remedy any issues and have been accommodating and respectful as well as meeting the needs of our company. My recommendation is to utilize your right to keep searching for the employees you are looking for until you find them. We were lucky and found ours in the second person sent to us. Thank you!!
