Doctor is pretty good, staff is less than stellar, have to schedule months in advance to get an appointment, then hope the staff doesn’t leave you in a room and forget to let the doc know you’re even there.

I have been waiting OVER 3 months to see Dr. Shaheen. On the day of my appointment they canceled due to an emergency in Dr. Shaheen's family. The soonest they could reschedule me is 5 months out. They cancel on me and then can't get me rescheduled for 5 months!!! Pathetic!! Time for a new Doctor.

THEIR COMMUNICATIONS DEPT. SURE COULD USE SOME HELP. I HAVE TRIED TO COMMUNICATE WITH THEM FOR SEVERAL WEEKS AT TRYING TO CHANGE AN APPOINTMENT AND AFTER A LONG LIST OF PROMPTS, THEY HANG UP ON YOU. THERE IS NOT ANOTHER FORM OF COMMUNICATION THAT I KNOW OF AT THIS TIME. IT APPEARS TO BE A ONE WAY STREET WITH THEIR OFFICE. WE APPRECIATE "EVIE" WHO WE HAVE SEEN SEVERAL TIMES AND I UNDERSTAND PART OF THEIR PRACTICE IS REALLY GOOD. IT APPEARS THEY COULD USE A DECENT OFFICE MANAGER. I HOPE THIS REVIEW IS TAKEN IN A CONSTRUCTIVE WAY. MR. MILLER SINCE THIS REVIEW, THEY HAVE IMPROVED IMMENSELY.
