The drinks were a bit inconsistent in size. I was seated at a table and got a tiny cup for my mixed drink, but folks were walking around with big plastic cups. I never got an answer for why, but I know imma just go straight to the bar next time. No sitting. Lol.

We were at a "Fish Fry", and Fundraiser for my granddaughter's, dance school, STTP. I don't do clubs, especially ones that only have one door in and out. The doorman, security, bartenders, and DJ, were so professional and polite. So at this type of fundraiser, you have the choice between fish OR chicken. Well, they gave us BOTH!!! The cooks were so nice and professional getting the ticket and did I mention how great the silver trout and chicken were? If I hear of another function at Champagne, I won't think twice.

Well when was the last time u were there? I am the chef of CHAMPAGNE 21,I have more compliments, than complaints on my mussel sauce as a matter a fact guests ask for a container to take my sauce home and order more mussels, no complaints on wing dings either there well seasoned. But ur opinion means a lot,and on the other hand you can't satisfy every taste bud in the cooking industry.I get feed back from people all over from state to state we make good food,
