Bad service and wait time is always too long

I recently moved from NY to Florida and had to have my two cars and license changed over. I was going to put it off for a bit, not wanting to put up with lines and long wait. I went down to this office and was able to complete everything in one visit. The staff at this location were very pleasant and helpful. I was very impressed on the way things were run. Very organized and in and out with no problem. So, if anyone is coming to Florida and needs to deal with Motor Vehicle, no worries. Florida is definitely not like Motor Vehicle in many other states. Quick, easy and problem free.

Process was clear, reception was courteous and staff was helpful and professional. Larry at position 9 was very helpful and courteous. He knows what he’s doing. This may sound like an oxymoron, but when we left with the registration fir our recently purchased used car, we were smiling and cheerful. This was a refreshingly efficient visit. I think all the staff there was helpful, but if you get a chance, work with Larry.
