Sales person was very helpful. Love the recliner. Delivery team were very nice. But the scheduling for delivery is the reason for the 4 star instead of 5. We were notified the evening before that item would be here between 2pm and 5pm. So we scheduled our day around that. At 8:30am the morning of the delivery, we get a call as we were getting ready to leave for the morning that they are on their way and will be there between 9am and 10am. We had to cancel our plans and change them for the whole day. Poor planning on the part of City Furniture!

We needed a lot of furniture for our new home and this store had the best selection of Coastal Style furniture. We worked with Steven Gehrke who has good knowledge of the inventory and the furniture styles; we were able to fill up a big wish list of pieces we both really like. The next day we had made our selections from the items Steven put on our wish list and emailed to us. We went back to the store and worked with Gabriela Orielly to finalize the purchase of the items we wanted. We received excellent customer service from both Steven and Gabriela, and the selection of items in the store made it easy to find something we both liked. Next trip in will be for lamps and rugs and some decorative pieces.
