Egleida Severeyn was so helpful and very professional, I will definitely go see her again but will definitely never visit the fort myers store ever they suck in every aspect that has to do with customer service and have yet to met one polite person on the 6 times I’ve visited that store they are very unprofessional, they need to do some serious trading at that store because I’m not the only customer that has stayed this, si el dorado if you want customers coming back make changes with your ppl there. But I will definitely be going back to the Naples store
