Pottery Barn is a SCAM! Pottery Barn once upon a. time was a fantastic company. The quality of products and service was exceptional. Unfortunately, after this past few months of experience I would recommend using other companies with similar products. I ordered chairs in February 2022 and was told expected deliver would be July. They charged my account in July and now it is the end of August and still no chairs. The status update states call to schedule delivery, and after waiting an hour I am told they still don't have the furniture. Whom ever is running this business is scamming its customers. There is no one that follows up. Their product is overpriced and not worth the stress and hold times needed to get your product. Try Restoration Hardware...excellent product and customer service.

So sad to write a negative review. However, I had to wait a year for one couch that never showed, so I had to cancel. Now I'm trying to get another couch delivered. I've paid for it and they scheduled delivery, but never showed. Meanwhile, almost three weeks later they are still trying to find and deliver my couch.

LAST TIME I CHECKED I WASNT INVISIBLE! Was there earlier today. Upon arrival no one asked if I needed any help. The store was practically empty and I waited patiently for a costumer to finish her business in front of me. During that time, the sales woman did not attempt to have any eye contact or asked me to wait. When she was done with the customer she promptly turned her back at me and went to do something else. At that time I said very loudly “HELLOOOOO??!!” trying to call her attention. She just gave me a look like I was crazy and said nothing. Fortunately, one other employee, who was actually busy with some paper work, apologized and offer to help. Unfortunately, I didn’t get their names. To the very helpful lady who came to my help, THANK YOU. To the other one who did not give a hoot, the one with a sour face: PLEASE FIND ANOTHER JOB WHERE YOU DONT HAVE TO DEAL WITH PEOPLE! 🙄😡

I went to the Pottery Barn in the Waterside Shops in Naples Florida. In March my daughter ordered furniture and wanted to know the status. This salesperson named Debra could not find the order. My daughter gave her phone numbers, her address and still Debra could not find anything! She kept asking, Are you sure you bought it here? Yes Debra I think we would remember that! At one point Debra walked away and never came back! We didn’t know where Debra went! She walked away from us without a word! I went to look for her and saw her on the register helping another customer!!! Debra is very unprofessional and was very rude to us! She didn’t have the decency to finish with us! I personally will never ever go back into Pottery Barn in Waterside Shops, Naples, Florida No stars here!
