Capital Pawn at the Davis Blvd Naples Florida location has been extremely helpful to me while I have encountered some touch times. It is my first Pandemic and so I was not completely prepared for the situations in which I found myself. Regardless of the reasons behind me having to pawn my own belongings I felt the need to share the episodes with Jason, the Manager and Josh, the assistant manager. The other Josh, a.k.a. “Little Josh” is just starting to get to know me. I am already being treated with much respect and my comedic personality has already been completely accepted by him as well. Without going into too much detail, I would like to recommend The Davis Blvd Capital Pawn over the Bonita location. I feel as though the Marks (3 of them) at that location never treated me with near as much customer care as the Josh Team (Big and Little). Overall Capital Pawn is as classy as a pawn shop can get. They are sympathetic to the customer’s situation and do not take advantage of their situation. They are fair and, believe it or not, also generous.
