How this place is still open is beyond comprehension. Absolutely horrible place for a loved one to be. Total negligence happening at all levels. My 83 year old mother was staying at the rehab facility and if I wasn't there checking in a daily basis she probably would have died there from negligence. They completely mismanage medications. Sometimes skipping them altogether. The food/menu is deplorable, not fit for animals. Forget being on any type of special cardiac or diabetic diet, they could care less. It looks and smells like slop. The aids and lpns are mean and rude to the patients and barely speak English. My mother was there almost 3 weeks and had 2 showers. Patients in rooms with call lights on will go unanswered for hours. The weekend staff is barebones, not enough help at all. At times when I visited I felt like I was witnessing scenes from a horror movie. Patients crying and screaming in their rooms for hours with no staff checking on them. I cannot stress enough what poor care this facility provides. Stay away from this place!!

ProMediical is a less than average recovery and rehabilitation facility. I was transferred from NCH to the facility for physical rehab. The management was kind but kept to themselves. Nursing staff was very knowledgeable but overwhelmed. Getting your medication was not precise as it may take 1 hour or longer to get It so if you are hurting be ready to wait. The food delivery was bland and on no schedule that I could see. My tray may come and never be picked up until the next day. There were food trays all over the place. They need to be replaced. The physical therapist and team were great and did an excellent job. I had a bathroom in my room but could not use it as the shower was broken and things stored in the bathroom. Fortunately the sink and toilet worked. So you have been warned as this place will open your eyes.

If a negative 10 was available that is what it would be!!! Rehab unit is WONDERFUL!!!! The Nurses have Toooo many people to assist. The Floor staff don't care nor speak English with the patient. Leaving dinner trays not close enough or prepared "slightly". It's very sad, we treat our animals better!!!

My father was sent to Manor Care on Lakewood drive from the hospital for rehabilitation. He was there less than 30 days, developed 2 stage 2-3 pressure injuries and went into Septic shock where he almost died! No one ever checked his cognitive state or his urine where the infection started. I would not send my worst enemy there.

If you are thinking about sending a loved one to this "skilled nursing" facility, please read all of the Google reviews first. The only word that accurately describes this place is AWEFUL. Aweful staff (with an exception of a wonderful nurse named Tracy), aweful food, aweful decor, aweful moral and I'm awfully sure that there are no "skilled nurses" there, just a few unskilled workers/orderlies many of whom could care less about their patients needs or medical conditions. If my family had known the horrors of this place ahead of time, maybe I would have been picking out what netflix series to watch tonight, instead of what color the casket should be. RIP MOM
