Horrible phone customer service. I called to ask a few questions. The lady said "I see you're calling from a furniture store so I know you're not going to buy furniture from us." Absolutely disrespectful. Almost like they do not want the business. I do work for a furniture store but we do not sell Arhaus obviously so the only option is to buy from them. Not anymore.

Disturbing company to deal with they are dishonest and the furniture is less than desirable. They take a return lie to you it takes months and months and then they want you to pay for the exchange furniture before they will deliver it so you are at their mercy for them to scam you even more. HIGHLY DISTURBING. I would give them zero if I could.
