Seamless process from start to finish...online specialist Christina started the process by helping me find an in-stock Tacoma. When we arrived at the dealership, she introduced us to MG who made the rest of the buying process short & sweet (and you know that the car buying process is neither normally). 1. Use a mechanic or auto body repair professional certified by the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE). 2. Check the invoice to verify the repair shop purchased the air bag directly from the manufacturer. (This ensures the air bag is new, and will work correctly in your vehicle.) 3. Ask to inspect the air bag before it’s installed. It should be in a sealed container from the manufacturer. I know it might be difficult to ask to see the bags to make sure it's sealed because it sounds like you don't have faith in them, but it's your money you're paying, so you have all the right to ask. 4. I think that place has a window where you see the work is being done. If it does keep an eye on them when your bag is being installed. 5. Finally I'd say surf the Internet for their service reputation for airbag installations.
