I was having an issue with my DB9, Now 7 years old. I called Diamondback and left a message. Brian called me back an hour later and walked me thru the return and warranty process. I sent it in and had it back and better than new in less than 2 weeks! Every question I asked via email was answered within a few hours or the next morning. Great guns.. But will never do business with them due to the management team over in HR. Fix your staff leaders if you want better, someone who treats employees and customers with kindness not like they are something special.

My friend and I both purchased the sidekick revolver at the same time. The timing on his is messed up and after one initial phone call with warranty they are now no longer returning his phone calls as to how to submit. That is really disappointing to me.

We do not make or sell a 100rd drum magazine for the DB15.
Yes ..did that. And at the same time call the company to get the information for item or package your sending in . This way your package won't get lost. But first call them. There my be one in your area close to you. I hope this helps . Good luck .And stay safe...

We're only able to sell complete models direct to LEO, military, and our distributors at this time, so we recommend speaking with your local dealer about having one ordered in for you.

I currently work at DB. You would have to go through a dealer in order to get parts. You can't buy directly from the company website.
Contact the warranty department or the best way is to look for the warranty form online and fill it out and the great people for diamondback firearms will email you and take it from there
We do not recommend steel cased ammo.

Hi Clyde, Our Black Nitride replaces the need for chrome lining, so none of our barrels are chrome lined.
