I ordered a bedroom set in April 2021 and was told it would be delivered in October 2021. I received a call in October saying it now be February 2022, then another call saying March 2022. Finally, the bedroom set arrived March 2022. Not even 6 months later , the slat on the bed broke. When I called the service center, they had me send pictures of the broken slat and stated it was not under warranty. Then, they determined they needed a service tech to come out and assess it. Well, he came out and then I get a phone call saying that the slat breaking is “ normal wear and tear” and they will not fix it and I should get a slat kit and fix it myself . Apparently, Kane’s furniture is not suppose to last more than 6 months.

This place has very modern furniture. They even have a bedroom set with LED lights in the furniture which was rather interesting. Sales personally dealt with was very polite courteous.
