Patricia Ann Murphy is rude with no patience at all. Why work in customer service when you can’t have patience? I saw that she called a number then waited a millisecond called the number again and went on to the next. (Did that three times) Did the same to me while walking up to her desk. I printed copies for my passport and she disregarded everything I brought just to have things her way. I needed passport expedited and made fees according to government website yet the office has extra fees. Instead of explaining that there were extra fees she was just rude. This is me being a white young woman I can’t imagine how she must treat others especially immigrants. Maybe the office should consider someone else to handle passport documents because she can’t handle that.
