I went to see Kristen Koenig to possibly change primary care. She was rude, REFUSED to prescribe medications that I have taken for a long time. She was very adamant about doing a sleep study, which I cannot do due to extreme anxiety. She does not understand PTSD, She even told me we were not going to get along!! I have never met any medical person so RUDE & UNCARING. I left, called them & told them to cancel everything for me, that I would NOT BE BACK.. Not a professional at all. It was her way, or we weren’t going to get along!! People talk before you go see or meet her.

I have had struggled with finding a primary care that would truly listen to my concerns and symptoms. Kristen Konig at Nova Harlow actually does, and folows through with treatment and referrals. The staff is also friendly and professional.

The staff here is excellent, and they are always caring and kind when working with my father who has advanced dementia. His FNP Kristen Koenig takes excellent care of him, which can be difficult because he cannot clearly express how he is feeling or what he needs. I deeply appreciate how dedicated she is to her patients.

You can call them and ask. If she helps you with medical appointments then I’m sure she will be able to. I go in on my own, so I’ve never had to ask. I have seen couples and or caregivers going in together.
