Very first visit so I can’t say much BUT the “nurse” wasn’t AT ALL friendly!! Very disappointed but the doctor is hopefully better! I’m IN the office now and she wasn’t friendly in NO way! It’s a very clean office. That’s all I have at this point..seen a lot of others saying nurses aren’t friendly and now I know what they mean! And they don’t call prescriptions in for 24 hours?! Not sure what that’s about. I needed my meds TODAY but oh well! 😵😵

The worst waiting experience. My appointment was at 3pm and I left around 4:45 without being seen by the doctor. The medical assistant directed me to an exam room but didn’t take my vitals or asked any questions until 20 minutes after of waiting in the room and failed to remember my weight. The moment I decided to leave after waiting for almost 2 hrs the medical assistant asked me to stay and sent another medical assistant to help. I briefly told her my reason of my visit and she suggested sending a medication to treat my high blood pressure. This is just the short version of my complaint and wouldn’t recommend anyone to this facility.

I have been going here for approximately 3 years. I left and went somewhere else but my doctor moved away, so I went back. I love Dr. Webster but the nurses line is always full, so you can't leave a message. They tell you someone will call you and they never do. I went yesterday and was told I have a sinus infection and was prescribed antibiotics. Today, a family member said they tested positive for Covid so I took a test and I'm positive too. I called the doctor's office to let them know and make sure that it wouldn't hurt to continue the antibiotic and if I needed to do anything else, since I have underlying issues. Was told 3 times someone would call me back but if course, they didn't. I even asked if they were sure I would get a call back today, since it's a holiday weekend and was told for sure, you will get a call back today and nothing. I'll just sit around this weekend with Google since I couldn't get a call back.

I was there a total of five hours for a dot physical.while in the waiting room everybody that left before was saying they're never coming back. When I finally got to the room. To do my dot physical they only did a drug test, and a vision test. They did not do the color blind test or the hearing test that is required by law. It took two and a half hours waiting before they brought me back and two and a half to do the fifteen minute test. Also the nurse who did the vision test was rude.

Yes, we are accepting Medicare patients
Yeah that is right
They take walk-ins, no appt needed:)
If paying without insurance. The cost is $100 .00 . If urinalysis /drug screen is administered, it another 40.00.
Should be able to.. but you may be waiting for a while.
They don't do it there! I was told they did. Where is the 2nd clinic
Yes, we do accept United Healthcare
I searched but cannot find you in our system. Do you possibly go by another name? I checked under Percy Plylar, and still can't find an account with that name in our system. Please call the receptionist at 256-837-2271 to inquire about your appointment. Sorry I couldn't be of more help.
They take walk ins it cost 140$ with no insurance. That’s just for a regular visit including a drug screen without drug screen should be 100$
