Elizabeth, Andrew and Rick were very helpful before, during and after the rental process. The cost was lower than Enterprise, however, when I picked up the vehicle it had a terrible odor and was not vacuumed or wiped down well. I was in a hurry so I just bought air fresheners and kept going. During the rental period I ended up having to take the car for an oil change because the light came on and there was no sticker inside to indicate when the last oil change occurred. I spoke with Rick who advised me to go forward with an oil change and I was given credit when the car was returned. The oil change process took 2-3 hours out of my day while on vacation which was an inconvenience. Upon return I had 3 holds placed on my debit card/bank account, presumably due to the adjusted final amount because of the oil change credit. This was unexpected and in my mind an unnecessary inconvenience to have nearly $1,000 total in holds on my account for what ended up being a final amount due of less than $300.

Depends on day & current events, But it was 42 per day, a Bit much to me...
