I do know that speaking to An Enterprise Rental Agent over the phone may make a Major difference when you'll arrive at the pick-up location. Being well informed and completely prepared will make for a smoother and more pleasant Rental Car Experience
Call before being late Or Explain what situation arose for being late sometimes they can help and possibly not charge for special circumstances
