The test should be covered by your insurance unless you get the rapid test in which case you have to pay $50.
120.00 for uninsured due at the time of service. for insured patients that is determined by insurance - you will be told at the time of service what they will charge.
I don't know the cost because I submitted the bill to BCBS/Federal. I did have to sign a form staying that I could be financially liable for up to $300 if my insurance declined to pay. Hope that helps some.
