I really wished I read the reviews about this Gail Prentice before my appointment. She is the worse! My visit was absolutely terrible. I left with the same issues I came with if not worse. She does not give a damn about patients. She doesn’t even look at your chart to address issues. I had to ask her did she review my records and if she wanted to talk about this with me and she really could careless. Normally I see Tiffanie McGuire and Tiffanie has never made me felt this way. Tiffanie always made sure my needs were met and overly cared for. I really left this visit feeling 20x worse then I came because of the service and treatment Gail provided. She did absolutely nothing to help and every issue or concern I had was ignored. If I can give her 0 stars I would.

This place is horrible. Beware They will not call you back in a timely manner. After my Dr abruptly left the practice I now have prescriptions unfilled, completely out of them. They gave me another Dr who does not take my insurance, promised to get me another one, they did not do it. I am now left without prescriptions and a Dr. I will be filing a formal complaint
