PLANNED ON PURPOSE
When my daughter was sis years old she was afraid of getting a immunization shot and I also had my older son with me who was about 13 at the time. They were both patients. My daughter refused to cooperate and she hid behind the bchair, doctor Jain got mad and pulled my little girl by the arm like an animal and he pulled her arm so hard that she had problems for about ten whole years after that. She was so traumatized that she has never forgotten it. My only regret Is that I did not take legal action against his practice. I didn't realize how bad he hurt her until she complained about it after we got home months later. This was an evil act and people may not pay today not but you reap what you sow, one day the fruits of this act will be reaped . God saw It yes he did.

I only gave all 5 stars for Dr Jain and the others but the new woman Tiffany is very rude and seem real nonchalant about my concerns with my 10month old she acted as if she didn’t care told me my baby didn’t have and ear infection and turns out I took her to the hospital and she did and when I brought that to Tiffany’s attention she didn’t care she just said no she don’t the hospital told you anything to get you out their hair if my kids can not see Dr Jain everytime we will reschedule for a better time with dr Jain

Friendly and helpful doctor and staff. Dr. Jain is very patient and will answer every question and doesn't rush or bypass concerns. So happy my kids go there.

I have been going to this clinic for 3.5 years and the reason I chose this place in the first place was that there were no other options available at the time of my toddler's birth. The doctor seems friendly but when it comes to getting the service you need for your child, he is simply careless. My son is showing signs of speech delay ever since he turned 2 and for all these times, I was never offered to talk about his symptoms and only when I ask, he would simply respond to my questions not providing any solutions. Waiting for almost a year, I got him to send a referral to a speech therapist from whom I haven't even received a call for 5 months now to make the first appointment and when I told him about it, he would just say it could be because of Covid and that was it. Two weeks ago, I called the office and asked if we could just stop waiting and move on to at least get him checked for developmental delays and I still haven't gotten a call back from the doctor yet about this problem. I have been putting up with this office thinking the doctor is at least friendly even though the place was filthy and the receptionists were rude but now we feel very frustrated and we are leaving the office. PS. Not only dr. Jain but also the CRNP don't seem to check the chart before they examine the child. They all precribed him with something that he wasn't supposed to get at his age and only corrected themselved after I told them his age. So unprofessional!

If you know that's what it is call and tell them and they can probably call something in if it's a baby or even a year old they might still want to see them
I've always been able to get in the same day, as well. Never had an issue with being able to get in touch with someone either. 😊
