I do not recommend this pediatricians office. I took my kids here for three years and from the very first visit I felt like I was just dismissed each time. I was always on hold anytime I called for at least 20 minutes. You’ll also wait to be seen for at least 30-45 minutes even if you’re early. Save your time and take your children to a better pediatrician! 😊

I really wanted to like this pediatricians office since it was less than 10 min near my home in Madison. Unfortunately, I just do not recommend this clinic. From the aesthetic of the office — messy, loud, and unorganized — to having my baby being mistaken as girl from the doctor herself due to lack of overview of my son’s chart before walking in to meet us. Every visit didn’t seem welcoming and it just wasn’t a good fit. Good luck trying to get a hold of the front desk staff; I would have to call back to back just to have someone finally pick up. I suggest seeking pediatric care elsewhere.

With my first two oldest boys we went to UAB in Huntsville and we liked it but the drive was just a headache. When I had my third son we looked for a pediatrician closer to home and found them. We have been going there going on 4 years now and I have never had a problem. The staff has always been very friendly and we haven’t had many occasions where we needed immediate appointment but when we did they were able to get us in the next day or same day. We now have five boys and they all go there and all of them enjoy going and I love that if I have any questions I call and get my answers immediately I don’t think I’ve ever had to wait on them to call me back.

Myself and others were dropped as patients due to a scheduling failure on their end for a family member, so somehow it was grounds for dismissal. And not once during my time there did I or my family actually see Dr. Haggag in person or anything.
