Horrible experience. Had made an appointment, sat and waited over 2hours past that time before we were even called back. What’s the point in having appointments if you can’t stick to them? They said they only have 1 doctor working today yet they continued to book appointments every 10min and kept taking walk ins… will not be back here.

The staff here are very kind but there are not enough of them. We had a 5:00 appointment and were out the door after 7:00 PM, waiting over 2 hours for the entire visit. There was a several hours wait for walk in patients. They only had one staff member doing triage, 1 NP, and 1 MD. I tried taking my daughter as walk in on another occasion and there was again a several hours wait. They need more staff to see the amount of patients they have coming through here. What is the sense in even offering appointments if patients are going to have to wait hours to be seen? I will take my daughter to Approxie from now on.

This place will keep you waiting all day for nothing. If someone with an appointment is late they will just sit around and wait for them and refuse to see walk ins. They take hours to see you and then won’t give your child any medicine. Went to another urgent care for my other child for the same illness and got medicine. This place is awful. Super slow, rude and uncaring

I am sorry for your experience. We have used this place multiple times with for our three grandchildren & have never had an issue. One time, an appointment was cancelled but that was because I scheduled it at the wrong center. They did notify me via text & I got it corrected. My husband & I have both had COVID test there as well.
Rapid results return same-day. PCR results return in 2-3 days.
Hi Jacob, Rapid COVID-19 testing at UC4C is $125. PCR COVID-19 testing is $59, plus a lab fee that is billed by the third-party lab in the weeks following your test.
Hi Sherry, Our Highway 280 and Madison locations will be open Thanksgiving Day and Balck Friday from 10 AM until 6 PM. All locations will be open with regular hours on Wednesday.
