An absolute trash organization! Just look at any of the other reviews on this about them. Can't ever get anywhere on the phone. Typical trash run government facility. I hope you ain't got another critical going on because they could care less. They're making it impossible for me to get a simple signature for my TV license plates. Just trash!

All phone calls are routed to the VA call center in Bonham and they handle scheduling and relay messages to doctors. It is quite a mess.

You also need to be a qualified Vet in this region.
I just moved here but VA wide outside of Texas they weren't doing tests unless symptomatic. Just call the ER they'll be able to tell you where to go, most likely tell you to stay home because testing is irrelevant if you're symptomatic, proceed like u have it, then come to hospital if u have trouble breathing
You can get your picture taken for your ID card, but the actual card will not co.e from Plano
If it's a lab visit, they do first come first serve. 1:00 is best time.
Depending on where you live, I drove to Bonham to get enrolled, as it's less crowded. I'm sure you have to make an appt. But it was quick and easy up there less people less hassle. And now since enrolled plano va is my clinic

To replace the card go to Lancaster' otherwise you should be able to just go to the Check in desk give Them Your information to check in.
It's not a walk-in clinic. You have to sign up with the VA, then they will make you an appointment and assign you a doctor.

Yes! Necessary to register with the VA and must have the DD214. It's usual time and paperwork. More specific info and directions will be given to you. Prepare for some possible time waiting.
Change primary care teams. The best doctors don't always have the best staff. If the staff doesn't do the fellow through nothing gets done.
VA Plano is a clinic. Limited dianostic capablites. Like a Doctor's office, but no surgery, xray, or other specialized medical equipment.
