Techniques and equipment are so outdated and dangerous!! Took blood from my dogs neck which resulted in a massive hematoma, after having the needle in her own mouth. Then insisted it was the dogs fault. Then took her temp with an old glass thermometer that she just casually wiped off and put back for her next client. Told her my dog needed an xray because she hurt her leg, but insisted I get a Lyme test first. Just to charge me for extras. My dog regularly sees another vet, we are here for her injured leg! Then tells us she'll schedule the xray 11 days from now, had to remind her of the date and then said she could do it in 3 days. My dogs neck is still black and blue. Then had the audacity to charge us over 300 bucks, when she literally did nothing, except make assumptions about what might be wrong . Took my dog to a nearby ER where they were able to properly care for her. Will never return to this place.
