This office is HORRIBLE. they overcharge or charge for services that were never received. The manager is NEVER there and has refused to call me back when I've had issues. I was hopeful when we first started going there - not sure what's happened, but I am changing vets TODAY. DO NOT trust them!

The team here is great from the front desk to the techs to the docs/manager and almost has a small town feel. They all know rhubarb (my dog) and he actually likes coming here. Never seen a dog who likes to go to the vet. They are pretty thorough and do a solid job taking care of him. They are efficient and don’t make me wait. My only critique is that they will sometimes forget things (call with results etc) so you have to be on top of it as the dog parent. I love all the docs (lukewarm on one of the older docs as she is prone to ordering every single test on the planet). It’s still an overwhelmingly positive experience and so sticking with 5 stars. Won’t post pics of the inside - Idk if they’d like that. It is a small office with a couple of exam rooms with a couple seats for waiting.

I’ve been bringing my cat here for seven years and have always had great experiences with the front desk staff, vet techs, and vets. Dr. Murphy is our go to vet and she is so thorough, kind, and attentive. They run annual specials on high cost procedures like dental cleanings which is awesome. We moved to New Jersey and still bring our cat here because we love them!

There's no way to tell you that, but the staff and docs at village vet are very reasonable and will work with you to help you keep costs low.

Most vet officez have a "traveling" ultrasound tech that comes to them for scheduled procedures weekly, endoscopies uncertain. The Vet hospitals like Blue Pearl; Animal Medical, Humane Society have these services on site.
