This veterinary group was very clean and sanitary. I loved how vibrant and enthusiastic the nurses were. I came for an examination for my boyfriend’s kitten and I would say it took about 10-20 min and then I was able to check out. 100% recommend coming here for your fur baby. Edit (Sunday September 25, 2022): I took away a star. During our first visit at the vet, I was told by a nurse that my boyfriend’s kitten needed a fecal sample and then proceeded to hand me a container for me to go home and scoop out his stool. I was NOT informed that this was not part of the free examination that was provided by NYCACC for adopting a new pet. When we went back to the vet clinic 2 weeks later to hand in our kitten’s stool sample, we were told by the receptionist that it costed $78 to submit a stool sample because it needed to be sent to a lab. Of course not knowing that this wasn’t covered by the free examination, my boyfriend and I were speechless. We decided to just pay in full and then leave. I’d really appreciate if the nurse that helped us before informed me that it costs money to get a fecal sample done as we are just first time cat owners.

I would totally recommend this veterinarian group! They are so polite. Everytime I have an issue with something and I email Dr. Fiorenza I get a response either within minutes or within an hour max. She is amazing when it comes to all 3 of my cats and finds best solutions. They have been very helpful and patient especially when I’m panicking about any issues with my cat they help me understand what could the cause be and it makes me a little bit more calm. The prices are fair and you get discounts as well.

I believe they do. Check with covid going on
Um....i don't think so
Not sure call & ask.
Unfortunately we do not see birds. Island Bjrd Cat Dog in Staten Island does. I’m not personally aware of other Brooklyn hospitals that see birds.
I think they have a translation person. It depends on what your pets issues are.
My dog had eye problems, and I brought him in to BVG. BVG recommended a specialist when they could not handle it.
They do accept many forms of insurance, like lemonade. In addition, they will help you your first visit with some brochures about some options if you don't have insurance yet.
Must speak to Vet's office
Don't really know. However, I really recommend you call Brooklyn Veterinary. They are very competent, kind and caring. I'm sure they can give you an answer. They are really helpful.
Time for a vet visit
As long as you bring your checkbook, I don't think any other papers are needed...
not really
Hi Raymond, if you make an appointment and come in, we can review any documents you have so that we can see what is needed and give you an estimate for everything beforehand.
Not sure how much, but an appointment is needed. They do discount if it is a reacue for the first visit. They are a great and ethical practice, so best to call and ask how much.
They the most reasonable priced Veterinary doctors
