Recently my cat has been squinting more and more frequently out of one of her eyes. Do you handle this type of health issues with cats? Please advise.

My dog had eye problems, and I brought him in to BVG. BVG recommended a specialist when they could not handle it.

You might want 2 call them directly they are there 7 days a week shorter hours on the weekends.
