Most vet officez have a "traveling" ultrasound tech that comes to them for scheduled procedures weekly, endoscopies uncertain. The Vet hospitals like Blue Pearl; Animal Medical, Humane Society have these services on site.

They have an US tech 1 day a week. I don't know about endoscopy.
