The worst customer service. Office staff are unprofessional, unreliable, and unfamiliar with their own processes and accounts. Being dealing with phone tag and transfers.

Recently had a rather unpleasant experience with this nursery. We purchased a mature maple tree at a hefty price through this wholesaler. The tree died within a year. I asked for a modest credit of sorts. Their position was that we didn't actually buy the tree from them but rather through a broker (Core Conservation Growers) and, therefore, they are the ones I should be communicating with for any type of credit. "We only sell healthy trees." "You were not our customer." Over the years, I have purchased plenty of trees from various nurseries- both commercial & wholesale. I've planted orchards where trees have died (only natural) and have always received replacements or credit of some sort. There are plenty of nurseries to do business with. This is one nursery I would not recommend.

They have a large selection and if you're a gardener this is a nice place to go, limited amount of pots to purchase but check in with them and when they free up their expertise is wonderful. You can learn so much from them. If you are a new gardener or new landscaper or you're a novice and you need to learn more about what you are placing in your yard - these are the people that will help educate you. The selection is large and you can find what you're looking for here - bring your tennis shoes.

Yes, the clementine should be removed from the pot. Place the pot on its side and gently press on different areas of the side of the pot to loosen the soil. Then, carefully pull out the tree and place it into the hole you have dug. The potting soil of the tree should sit slightly higher than the level of the ground to allow for settling after planting.
I don't think they do!! But I could be wrong. 874-GROW. Call and ask them
