Very disappointed.. ordered flowers 24 hours in advance for a funeral service… the time was 10:am they didn’t show up until 10:30am.. very discouraging! 👎🏻 have never had a good experience going through 1-800-flowers! I will not be using them again.

Accidentally ordered for the next day delivery instead of same day. I called and they were able to squeeze me in no problem to have it delivered same day. Flowers were beautiful, but a little pricey.

I had paid over $100. For a Large spring bouquet of flowers and balloons for my mom for her birthday. I was very disappointed. She received a small bouquet of roses that died within 4 days and no balloons were ever delivered. I sent my disappointment with no response. I will never use 1800flowers again.

ALSO IF YOU PUT YOUR EMAL YOU SHOULD RECEIVE UPDATES FOR EXAMPLE; WHEN I IT HAS BEEN SEND OUT FOR DELIVER AND WHEN IT HAS BEEN DELIVERED, ALSO WHO SIGHNED FOR IT AND THE TIME. I HOPE THIS HELPED.
