Called today and asked for some insurance information and even though my insurance wasn't covered. Without me asking Deborah took it upon her self to continue to look up different providers to see if she could get taken care of. I was really surprised and greatful for her help. Great Customer Service! She is a great assest to your team.

This was the first time I’ve come to Bakersfield Eye Care Center. I have been to a lot of doctors appointments in the past but I’ve never been as happy as I was at Bakersfield Eye Care. When I got there I was met by Deborah who handled everything I needed. My wait time was only a couple of minutes. Dr Nguyen was a very caring and experienced doctor that explained everything during the exams. Deborah then helped me find a pair of very nice frames. Thanks again to everyone at Bakersfield Eye Care. It was a great experience beginning to end. John Goforth Added note : Just a update for people wanting to know how long it took to receive my glasses. I was told it could be up to 3 weeks which would have been great but instead I got a call in only two weeks telling me my glasses were ready to be picked up. The glasses were perfect !! Thanks again Deborah and Bakersfield Eye Care.
