After 10 years of being a patient, a random fee was added to my account for a missed appointment during a PANDEMIC (Which i didn’t get a courtesy call for). I haven’t been there in 3 years yet they won’t waive a $10 fee that i wasn’t aware i would get? Then the next day the lady claimed it was $25, after verifying it was $10, the manager, or whomever i spoke to still didn’t waive it and now I’m looking for a new provider because his staff is rude, and unwilling to cooperate with social security patients on fixed incomes. They’re willing to add on fees without notifying the patients of the possibility. Unacceptable. Such a great doctor, terrible staff. Don’t EVEN get me started on waiting MONTHS for an appointment, and still waiting HOURS once we get there. The fact they’re billing me $10 for a missed appointment when i have medical & Medicare they can bill ..and their waiting room is fully packed everytine i go. I’m pretty sure they double booked appointments. Shows how cheap they are. Really great that $10 means more to you /Dr Holiwell than a 10+ year doctor - patient relationship. I’ll be finding a new provider. I’ve only stuck with him out of loyalty anyways.

Wouldn’t recommend. Wait time was 1 1/2 hours from appointment time. When it was time for my child to be examined I was told I couldn’t accompany my child due to Covid regulations. I don’t care what Phd or title anyone has, I don’t allow my minor daughter to be alone in a room with any male person under any circumstances. I find it inappropriate and will never come here again for any services for my family.

Due to covid they make you wait outside in the hot sun even though over the phone they said your going to wait in car also had to stay out in the hot sun after they interrogate you for the longest time about covid symptoms even though most places ask you over phone or at least let you step in front door. And if you did get tested for covid make sure to bring your results or else they make you reschedule. Not sure why they don't ask you all this before showing up to appointment so people can be prepared.

Scheduled an appointment with them right away had a prescription appointment for contacts and glasses. I paid for my glasses at full. Cash in hand. I was told my glasses would be available in 2 to 3 weeks. As well the Scheduled me a follow up appointment in 2 weeks. I showed up to my appointment just to find that they had shut down due to a staff member being in contact with covid. Stating on their doors they will open in 2 weeks. Its been 3 weeks sense the scheduled open time and they are still closed. As I said i paid for my glasses at full. I am moving out of state and im trying to receive my glasses. There is no email to get in contact with the staff or doctor and phone calls go straight to voice-mail. This is very unprofessional not only to leave me without my glasses but to not give me a curtosy notice that they canceled my appointment.
