They don't do that anymore. There's a waiting list of 2 years. But they do provide you with a list of personal coaches, private, you have to call and pay.

NO ! Its a Free Park...concessions inside the park you will have to pay. Parking cars are free in select areas. A packed lunch , light snacks & water/ soda would be advisable for your own consumption.

Definitely uncertain about age requirement for ice skating. Under 18 definitely need consent from parent / guardian to sign and apply in person with parent. Best bet to call the center.
