Great service! I walked in with a watch I was having a minor problem with, and the fellow behind the counter fixed it in under 5 minutes and didn't even mention payment. (I offered to pay and he said "whatever you think is fair." So I ran out of the store without paying anything. JUST KIDDING. I'm not a monster.) I will be returning next time I need anything watch-related. I'm loyal for life now.

I've dealt with David several times over the years. He is invariably polite, friendly and patient with questions. The important thing though, is he's really good at his craft. The last project was the repair of a WWII era Chelsea ship's clock. The cost of the repair was very reasonable and the clock is back on the wall keeping perfect time. Battery change or complete restoration, David is the guy.
