I would not recommend anyone to rent with this agency since the last thing they care about are their tenants. Here at 415 East 157th St. Bronx the elevator has not been working for more that 3 months. This company does not even have consideration toward the elderly people who live here.

Please do not move here into any of their buildings, specifically Victoria Towers in Harlem! Your maintenance requests won't be addressed, and the office will lose your rent checks. Maintenance broke down parts of my wall/ceiling without actually fixing the leak, they then covered the holes with plastic which water is still coming through. When I asked for further assistance, I was literally offered a bucket and nothing else. It's been over a week and the problem hasn't been resolved. On top of that they lost multiple of my rent checks after confirming that they received them. I didn't know about this until I saw an inaccurate balance on my account which they refused to fix initially even after I proved that I gave them the checks. After this was resolved, I asked for a rent credit for the inconvenience which they refused to give me. I'm now dealing with a leak that hasn't been fixed in over a week. Save your time and money, go somewhere else

10/2020 idk if it was a fluke but my intercom worked the other night. I fixed the fire alarms i think, if its not and there's a fire ill just sue the building management its their property they should beyond make sure every fire alarm works 100% if i were the landlord i would. Supportive housing lmao what a joke they support taking all the money and stuffing their pockets

Based on the information provided on your application, if you are eligible for the building you applied to then, you will be asked to attend an interview. At the interview, more documentation is needed to substantiate the information provided on the initial application. This includes, but is not limited to proof of income, proof of address, etc. At this time we also request a check or money order for the Credit History and Criminal Background Check. Shortly thereafter, we process the documentation to prove eligibility. If after doing so, the applicant still qualifies for the apartment then the Credit History and Criminal Background Check is done. If an applicant is not eligible after processing their documentation, there is no need to run the Credit History and Criminal Check; therefore, the check or money order will be returned to the applicant.

You would have to go directly to the address and pick it up. Its the best way to do. Tgey would also answer any questions you may have. The faster you go, you get your apartment as long it available, i got mine in 3 months.
