How do I check the status of my application. I did the interview and sent in my documents and it's been a while since I received word

Thank you for contacting us. After housing interviews are held, it takes roughly 6 to 8 weeks to process each applicants information. If you attended a housing interview and have not received any correspondence from our office yet, this may mean that your file is still in process. All letters / emails from our office contain a signature with a contact person, telephone number, and email. We highly recommend sending an email as our phones can become congested with the volume of calls coming in from prospective and current residents.

Yes MY SUGGESTION IS TO EMAIL THEM SAYING YOU WOULD LIKE A UP DATE ON YOUR APPLICATION CONCERNING APARTMENT.

Keep calling , soon or later some one will answer. Or go to the office. If they ask you for documents that means they have an apartment for you. Don't loose the opportunity of getting this apartment go to yhe office. Good luck.
