I lived in 564 St John's for a year; the building is managed by Coney Realty. My experience dealing with the company has been positive through-and-through: the building and the apartment were in great shape, and the common areas (and there are plenty!) were maintained regularly. I don't recall seeing any pests in the building; our apartment certainly never had any. The doormen were all extremely nice, every single one of them had a way to make my day better. David and the super, Clifford, were always prompt and efficient with my service requests, and Arielle and Vanessa were always so helpful and responsive whenever I'd need help with printing documents or getting reference letters. I hope to one day be back at this building!

This company recently took over for a horrible management company in my building but somehow it's the same LLC, same building manager, and some of the same people working in the office. Seems odd as does all of these 5 star reviews suddenly popping up on their page. This company is just like the 'last management company' in my building, horrible, they purposefully don't make repairs to your apartment or the building and are never available when you call or email. If you notice this company on your lease run away

Ever since Coney Management has taken over my building, they've made several improvements. The smell of fresh paint in the lobby is just the most recent example. They've also fixed the front door entry and added security cameras in all of the halls which has stopped the package theft we experienced in previous years. Great maintenance team! Thank you!
