This place has gone downhill. Used to rent as a resident and it was great. Then my husband and I bought our first place here and… the management is just so unsupportive. They truly don’t care and make you jump through hoops to accomplish things they should be enforcing. Fees are always going up and I’m not sure for what. New rules all the time. It’s an aging complex so if buying be aware that there will always be issues, particularly with leaks. All issues take forever to resolve and everyone is so rude. Management doesn’t care, Isabella included. Stay far away.

Very quiet and safe neighborhood. Great for a small family. The units are well built. My only complaint is about heating when it gets very cold.

These greedy management over priced the apartments more than market value. Apartments are small compared to Deepdale,they take sweet time with approvals WORST. I'm stuck I can't sell or RENT pls don't buy here .
