Horrible, You call when something goes wrong and they never arrive to fix it. Called to get my ac fixed because it was leaking, and they never came to fix it. They’re central ac system sucks really bad, doesn’t even keep the apartment cool for the summer.

The MOST HORRIBLE NOISY GHETTO place you'll ever live. Constant construction noise. Avoid at all costs

DO 👏 NOT 👏 MOVE 👏 HERE!!!!! they scam EVERYONE that lives here they refuse to fix anything correctly then charge you up the 🍑 when you want to move out. It's NOISY with horrible construction early in the morning, they fence off everything so it looks like you're paying to live in a prison complex, rude inappropriate construction workers (they used their scaffold to enter my terrace BEFORE ever informing me of needing to close it off), vermin and insects crawling through every building, the laziest dumbest maintenance men that don't actually do anything at all.... And this is a short list. DO NOT EVER MOVE HERE, RUN AWAY!!!!!

How the monthly payment, cash or check is paid
There one bedroom townhouses and three bedroom only. Two bedrooms dont exist. The one bdroom is the only option for new applicants. Three bedroom townhouses are for transfer applicants only. The one bedroom is about $20,000 currently.
Trust me you don’t want to live here. I can’t wait to move. Every year you can look forward to a minimum of 1 flood or water damage. If you’re lucky they will just bust a hole in your wall and leave it open for weeks before closing it. Now the response for emergency maintenance has gotten worse! They want you to leave your home and go to the office and stand on line to report it. I can’t wait to leave. I don’t even care about getting any money back but I’m so close to taking them to court!!!!
im sure you "can" but do they offer online application, thats another question. probably need to go there.
Christal, you would have to pose this question to the Board of Elections as they are the ones who decide where you vote.
That wasn’t a very nice answer Dave! People have things to just as much as those people who are supposed to answer those phones! I know for a fact that a lot of the time, these people are joking around, laughing and playing while people are holding the line for 10 -30 minutes or more! It’s ridiculous! My time is very valuable and I hate having to call RIVERBAY MAINTENANCE FOR ANYTHING!! Absolutely dread it!!!!
Sales Department at 2049 Bartow Ave.
That is usually done in April
Contact the garage dept and inquire within.
As far as I kno they aren't renting any rooms yet. You can always call to inquire.
Succession depends on who has been listed on the income affidavit. Never been on it can't get the apartment
I don't know. Sorry. You may want to check the flyers posted in your building, it should have the information you're looking for
I don't know if there is a limit, but if you make too much they can increase your maintenance. That happened to me a few years ago. They have some formula they use based on your income.
The office is closed and some people work during the office hours. The phone calls are still like this unfortunately they have low staff because of Corona.
You sure you want to work at this run down muckety muck place
No they don't nor do they take programs.
Yes.
Hi Sonia, What you need to do is to go to Riverbay main office make an appointment to speak with someone. Do not call or go to the sales office. Take with you all your correspondence. That should help with figuring out what it up. Good luck
Sure you can judge fill out an application. They will tell you just call the number is on the website.
He would have to fill out an application from the sales department located at the Bartow mall. He would need to have a 650 credit score when his number on the list is reached. The waiting list is approximately 2 years.
When you applied you would have been assigned a application number. Contact the sales department for a status update.
Back 16 years ago when I got the apt.it was like 4 months after viewing.
Shouldn't take long as long as they have the spot
