Why are their property managers? If they never answer the phone or messages. I've been trying to reach the property manager and the landlord for a few weeks now. I get no response or acknowledgement what so ever. It is very unprofessional and upsetting. They fire one property manager, then higher one that's more horrible.

I’ve been with this management office for over 6 years. During my pregnancy, months after moving in I’ve been trying to transfer into a bigger unit. They always had an excuse to not move me (my lease wasn’t up, no available units etc.) the most recent one was when I spoke to one of the rudest employees there Estcher Reyes. She told me they do not do internal transfers after years of trying and if I wanted to move to just go to another management office. I then wrote an email to the property management Emily Vasquez and never replied neither when I complaint you her. Now I am in the process of escalating directly with the city. If you are applying into any of these units make sure you know your rights. They do have some employees that are very nice but most often leave.

Terrible! Don’t care about your issues , will try to move in quickly to someone else ! LEONARD WAS HORRIBLE AND DONT HELP! I need to speak to someone in Human RESOURCES IMMEDIATELY, or I’m taking it to social media!!

Property is okay, but I don't think they screen that well. Overall the first & fourth floors are spectacular by Mr. Allen
