I moved in here almost 4 years ago, it was such a blessing after leaving my ex and with 3 kids to take care of all on my own. Or so I thought, my apartment has been infested since I moved in and they have done nothing. My tub in the hall was cracked when I moved in, they didn't fix it so years later it's a disaster. There's black mold in the ac handler, nothing done. My washer and dishwasher have been broken 2 months and nothing has been done. I have never been late on a payment, in fact I pay early. And still nothing has been done to fix my home where I am trying to raise my children

We have lived here for 9 months now. It has been such a wonderful experience. I'm so happy that my family was able to move into such a well managed complex! Since the new Manager Josie took over things have been going so much better. The office staff are really helpful and go out of their way to provide you with information and answer any questions that we have. Maintenance are also very quick to respond and Oscar is very polite and cheerful everytime you see him. It has been like a breath of fresh air living in a community that the staff care about its residents! Well done!!! I love it here!!

I'm reading some of these comments and while I understand that not everywhere is perfect, I also understand that attitude and how you treat people can make a difference, and it goes both ways! I have been living here for almost a year now. When I first moved here, I was very sick. The staff has always been very kind and considerate. I have not had any issues other than 1 maintenance concern that was immediately rectified!! Summer, Josse and Tania were incredibly helpful in making the move in as smooth as possible. The maintenance staff are also very helpful and know what they're doing! I'd recommend living here in a heartbeat! You simply have to be the type of person who treat people like you would want to be treated. Be respectful to everyone.
